Since Princeton does “holistic review” do I have a chance with my 2.88 GPA?

GPA is 2.88 unweighted, 3.40 weighted. SAT score is around 1850.I did poorly my first three years of high school, primary caretaker of my sick mother, etc., but now in my senior year I have all A's and 2 B's. I scored high on my AP exams and earned the AP Scholar Award and I'm a member of the National Society of High School Scholars (similar to National Honor Society) I have strong extracurriculars and strong essays and strong teacher recommendations. What do you think?

National Society of High School Scholars is one of the scam organizations that exists solely to collect membership fees; it’s not anywhere near as prestigious as the National Honor Society. I don’t know what your activities were, but they would have to be really outstanding, and since you didn’t mention them, they probably aren’t. Frankly, your application is pretty average for a Princeton student except the very low GPA – you’ve got almost no chance. Try a local state school instead. The few students they’ve accepted with low GPAs had parents who made very large (30 million+) donations.

to be honest, ur not getting in, the ap classes are good, but you gpa has to be up there around 3.9/4.0, so rule that out, but if you can get a 2300/2400 on the sats and with a 3.4 and other factors u can get in.
